Three children and adolescents referred for attention problems, all previously diagnosed with ADHD and with histories including lead poisoning, fetal alcohol exposure, early abuse and long-term marijuana use, were trained with a ROSHI unit combined with BrainMaster neurofeedback. After 20-30 sessions all three had normal continuous-performance test scores and were reported to be doing well at home and school.
