Ms. Wasserman holds a B.S. in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University. She pursued her postgraduate studies in anesthesia at the Hospital of St. Raphael’s School of Nurse Anesthesia in New Haven, Connecticut. Her 25 years as a nurse anesthetist make her uniquely qualified as a provider of both biofeedback and neurofeedback services due to her experience in continuous physiological monitoring. For the past 12 years in private practice, Victoria has created a multi-modality, holistic nursing practice that offers the full spectrum of mind-body therapies from low to high-tech. She believes in caring for the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Victoria has held BCIA certification in neurofeedback since 2007 and utilizes powerful technology together with QEEG mapping, peripheral biofeedback, guided imagery, mindfulness training and vibro-acoustic music therapy for brain-based problems, such as ADD/ADHD, and Post-Concussion Syndrome. Along with disorders of regulation (such as chronic pain, migraine headache, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, anxiety, and depression), she provides services for clients of all ages at the Montreal Neurofeedback Center in Montreal, Quebec where she is the Director of Neurofeedback services.
